OUR IMPACT PROJECT

January 14, 2019:

Our first health outreach at Ejioku and Lalupon Community health clinic in Lagelu Local Government, Oyo State, Nigeria.

Outreach outcomes

  • We provided 59 new moms with newborn care products such as diapers,wipes, hand sanitizers and other baby care essentials.

  • 59 babies also got their up-to-date immunization vaccines.

  • Provided coordination and financial support for the six Community Health Workers (CHEWs) at the primary health center.


We educated new moms on safe ways to care for their children and answered their own many health questions on subjects related to immunizations, family planning, tell signs of infections, and prevention through proper handwashing, umbilical cord care, and the importance of breastfeeding.
