OUR IMPACT PROJECT

Our health outreach at Agbongbon Community Health Clinic in Itesiwaju Local Government, Oyo State, Nigeria, significantly impacted maternal and child health support.
Outreach outcomes
Direct Support to Mothers and Infants:
Provided essential newborn care products to 59 new mothers, including diapers, wipes, hand sanitizers, and critical baby care essentials
Ensured 59 infants received up-to-date immunization vaccines, protecting their early health and development
Supported six Community Health Workers (CHEWs) at the primary health center through coordination and financial assistance.
Health Education and Empowerment:
Our team conducted comprehensive health education sessions for new mothers, covering critical topics such as:
Safe infant care techniques
Immunization importance
Family planning guidance
Infection prevention strategies
Proper handwashing techniques
Umbilical cord care
Breastfeeding benefits
Our banner highlights the organization's mission to provide healthcare interventions and life-saving information to underserved communities in Sub-Saharan Africa.
